This album which was titled “NO PROBLEM” was released in the early years of 2000s (2004/2005).
Shatta Wale who later realized that few things were not supplementing his music career, left for Jamaica for a while and came back. On his arrival, he rebranded from Bandana to Shatta Wale under the Shatta Movement (SM) Empire.
When Wale left the music scene, many thought he has quit and was not going to come back from wherever he has gone. Due to his uninformed disappearance from the music scene, many others took over the dancehall kingship.
However, it did not last for long and he eventually popped up again into the music scene, harder than ever. Shatta Wale came back to the Ghana with many releases he has worked on during his absence.
According to collected information, his come-back was as a threat to other artistes who were making lights in his absence.
Due to this, Wale and his music were criticized as “noise products“. This was a way to condemn him, but due to his uneasy to defeat and controversial lifestyle, it did not work, fans said.
Today, Shatta Wale has become one of the biggest musicians in Ghana and also known as the African Dancehall King.
The general public celebrated Shatta Wale for his consistency;
I start dey follow this guy since primary. I used to dance to my mates with his songs in class – Presec Staff Madina from primary 4 down to 6 “Bandana frm Ghana” was the hit at that time. He deserves all he’s reaping and even more #1DON $M
