Lawal Abugbilla Kudus (born 27 August 1993), known professionally as Lucian Solja, is a reggae-dancehall musician from Ghana. Lucian Solja who currently lives at East Legon, Accra has made many achievements from his music career.
He has been credited with Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste Of The Year and Best Collaboration Of The Year awards under the Tonsu Music Awards scheme in 2017.
Early life
Lucian Solja was raised by a single parent from a poor home. He lost his dad and siblings at a tender age. Lucian Solja lived his youthful age in the Upper-East Region of Ghana until music brought him to Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
Career
In 2014, Lucian Solja started his music career officially at Zebilla (a village where he started recording his demos). He has worked with a lot of great personalities who have served as inspiration and motivation to him.
Lucian Solja was one of the artistes who performed at the Ashaiman TV launch at Downtown City – Accra and Awusuo program at Koforidua. He recorded the sound track for Ashaiman Life series.
In the Northern region, Lucian Solja has performed on platforms which include Miss Samapiid, Miss Toende, Trust in the Lord album launch by Iwan and many pub shows.
Lucian Solja was about to hold contracts with King Orega Empire and Black Rasta but along the line something went wrong.
