The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has released some notable Ghanaian football players and some players are missing on the list.
Consequently, the list which was 11-man squad had these players namely; Robert Mensah, Emmanuel Ofei Ansah, Samuel Kuffour, James Kuuku Dadzie, Kwadwo Asamoah, Ibrahim Sunday, Michael Essien, Abedi Pele, Karim Abdul Razak, Mohammed Polo and Tony Yeboah.
What happened to the rest of the players we know? This has been the question everyone is asking and it has got many football lovers angry and they have angrily reacted.
According to reactions coming from the general public, comments indicates if any player will be exempted, it should not be Ghana’s all time top scorer Asamoah Gyan who has contributed massively to the Ghanaian football history.
Other players in the likes of former Black Stars skipper Stephen Appiah, John Mensah, Anthony Annan and others are also missing on list.
This has made a lot of people so angry because if anybody would been exempted, it should not be Asamoah Gyan. This is a total act of disrespectfulness and cruelty to Asamoah Gyan, the public reacts.
